We now have an exciting opportunity available for an Executive Assistant to join our team in North Sydney.

Your Next Opportunity:

In this newly created position as our Executive Assistant, you will work with a talented team of management consultants. This role will include supporting our executive team, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer. You will enjoy a range of tasks and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across the organisation by providing diary management and high-level administrative support.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting and prioritising the CEO and COO workload to meet all deadlines
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation, presentations, and reports
  • Scheduling and attending meetings and minute-taking as required

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience in a similar role that saw you providing high-quality administrative support to a high-performing team. You'll be adaptable, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to engage effectively with a variety of team members and stakeholders. You should also demonstrate the ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines.

Your ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement will see you flourish within the team at Rebbeck.

Though not essential, candidates with a qualification in Business Administration (or similar) will be highly regarded.
