Thanks to continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis in North Sydney, with hybrid working arrangements available.

Your Next Opportunity:

As a Senior Consultant, you will help deliver projects to a range of clients across health and other public sectors. You will be part of a team providing strategic advice and support to improve how healthcare and other services are commissioned and delivered in Australia and worldwide.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Completing project tasks with minimal direction, such as project mobilisation,  developing meeting packs and project reporting
• Developing and maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Chairing meetings, including stakeholder interviews, focus groups and workshops
• Undertaking research, including literature reviews, needs analysis and evaluations
• Structuring and authoring reports
• Continuously building core consulting skills and knowledge

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably health; however, we are open to candidates with qualifications in business or another related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a consulting, project officer or research officer role

Experience in data visualisation will be highly regarded.

As a successful Senior Consultant with Rebbeck, you will demonstrate highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You will have an inquisitive nature and a commitment to continuous learning. You will also have the ability to work both independently and alongside a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals.
