Thanks to the success of our 2023 Graduate program and the company's continued growth, we have opened our 2024 Graduate Program. We are looking for 3-4 Consultants to join our team on a full-time basis in North Sydney starting in January 2024.

Your Next Opportunity:

As a Graduate Consultant, you will help deliver projects to a range of clients across health and other public sectors. You will be part of a team providing strategic advice and support to improve how healthcare and other services are commissioned and delivered in Australia and worldwide.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing project tasks with minimal direction, such as such as developing project packs, undertaking research, and contributing to deliverable reports 
  • Developing and maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients' stakeholders
  • Continuously building core consulting skills and knowledge
  • Leading some client engagement activities

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

To be considered for this position, you will need to have obtained a tertiary qualification 18 months before commencing employment with Rebbeck.

Critical to your continued success with Rebbeck will be the highly developed communication skills that allow you to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be a driven individual committed to continuous learning and improvement. You will have the ability to work independently and alongside a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals.
