We are expanding our team and looking for a Public Services Commissioning Manager/Senior Manager to support our growing portfolio of work across Australia and internationally.

Your Next Opportunity:

As our Public Services Commissioning Manager/Senior Manager, you will be critical in designing and structuring projects, analysing complex information to develop insights, crafting actionable solutions, and managing projects and project teams. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing strategic commissioning advice to government organisations
  • Deepening and applying your understanding of international excellence and innovation in commissioning
  • Developing and identifying insights through analysis and evaluation
  • Building trusted relationships with clients, becoming partners in their success
  • Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to business development through quality work and network engagement
  • Managing client projects and effectively leading project teams

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

You will need at least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within a professional consulting environment. Experience in health, mental health, communities, justice or education sectors will be highly valued. Qualifications in a relevant sector or field are desirable and project management experience is essential.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Knowledge of commissioning from Australia, the UK, New Zealand or Canada
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Proven problem-solving abilities applied in a structured manner
  • Exceptional client engagement and communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting and facilitating in group settings
